HOW TO AVOID TARGET DAMAGE!

A word of warning before you shoot. All of our products are constructed out of AR-500 steel. We use both 1/4”, 3/8” and up to 1/2” depending on the target. This material is extremely hard and will stand up to bullets that are traveling less than 3000 fps at point of impact. NEVER shoot your steel target with bullets traveling above this speed as it can result in damage to the target, never use BB’s, steel core or armor piercing rounds when shooting any of our targets. When shooting rifles with a muzzle velocity above 3000 fps make sure you place the target at a distance which provides enough time for your bullet to slow down before impact, this distance will vary based on: Ammo, barrel length, and other factors. Remember “SPEED KILLS STEEL TARGETS”.

Refund Policy:

Legion Targets values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a Legion Targets product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Product Returns

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition and is being returned as a result of a manufactures’ defect or due to an error in processing or shipping. A manufactures’ defect must be discovered before the product is used. Due the nature of our products we are unable to ascertain if a product was damaged due to misuse or a manufactures’ defect once it has been used. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center at +1 (801) 372-4169  Be sure to have your order number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.

Shipping

Returned products must be shipped to our Distribution Center at:

We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

When shipping products back to us, forward to Legion Targets a copy and retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so that all parties can track the shipment. Email tracking information to us at Support@Legiontargets.com.  Products returned more than fifteen (15) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage. Items will be inspected upon return. If an item is found to be damaged from use or improper packaging, a refund will not be issued and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees if they would like the product to be returned to them.

Damaged Items and Shortages

Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center (801) 372-4169 from 9AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Refunds

Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes, shipping and handling Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.

Your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.

A restocking fee will be applied to every completed return.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.

Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Undeliverable Merchandise

You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
